Lindale High School will be well represented this weekend at the Region II Track Meet at the University of North Texas in Denton after the boys and girls teams captured the Area meet this past week at Eagle Stadium.
The varsity boys won the Area meet with 167 points while the girls secured first place with 124 points.
Also, new school records were set in the boys 110 meter hurdles with Matthew Kenney’s time of 15.32; Madison Devisscher’s 2:24.23 in the girls 800 meter run and the girls 1600 meter relay featuring Reagan Cates, Tori Cooper, Addyson Daughtry and Kyndal Thurmon with a time of 4:02.48.
