Landon Love booted an 18 yard field goal as time expired to propel the Lindale Eagles past the JBJ Austin Jaguars in Humble’s Turner Stadium and send them into the Class 4-A State Championship game against Argyle next Friday at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.
Lindale trailed at the half 28-7, but the defense clamped down and Jordan Jenkins tied the game at 28 with 4:40 left.
