The summer months are really hard on the local East Texas blood supply and this summer is no exception. The blood supply is currently below preferred levels and ETX patients need your help. Join the community of Mineola and Lindale at a blood drive in honor of Martha Crump on August 7th. Carter BloodCare will be at the Mineola Primary School from 8:30am-2pmtaking blood donations. Martha is a teacher at Mineola Primary who is currently receiving blood products. Every donor can save 3 lives with their donation and donors will get a patriotic t-shirt for giving the gift of life on Aug 7th. It’s the blood already on the shelves that is going to save our friends and family members lives with they need a life-saving or life-prolonging transfusion.
